Madison Place achieved LEED Homes Certification for implementing practical and measurable solutions aimed at achieving high performance in sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.

Located at 33 Green Village Road, Madison Place is a five-story brick building with metal accents in a quiet location that borders a leafy suburban neighborhood, but is just steps from downtown Madison and two blocks from Madison’s NJ TRANSIT rail station.
